Place wings in a bowl add 2 oz of butter for every 10 wings. Add seafood seasoning until wings are covered. Wings should not look dry so mix them well in the seasoning and butter.
Place fish in fry mix (50/50 corn meal and flour mix) and cover fish completely with the mix on both sides. Fry fish in the fryer until thoroughly cooked. The outside should be crispy NOT soggy or soft. Drain oil from fish. Dump into appropriate pan and season both sides of fish with seafood seasoning.
Season both sides of fish/shrimp with seafood seasoning so that it’s completely covered. Place butter grill/pan with skin side up. Cook on that side until golden brown, flip, and then cook on the other side until cooked thoroughly.

Kevin’s Cajun Wings
Place wings in a bowl add 2 oz of butter for every 10 wings. Add BBQ seasoning until wings are covered (be sure not to add too much seasoning or wings will taste salty). Wings should not look dry so mix them well in the seasoning and butter.
The Perfect Steak
Season both sides of the steak with BBQ seasoning completely. Place butter on grill then the steak. Cook steak to desired temperature (rare, med-rare, med, med-well, well done). Steak will taste great with our BBQ sauce as steak dipping sauce.
Rib Dinner with My Secret BBQ Sauce
Cook ribs the way you desire whether that’s on the grill or in the oven. While the ribs are cooking, heat BBQ sauce in a sauté pan (enough to cover all ribs). Add ribs to the BBQ sauce or use a brush to coat ribs. Be sure to cover the ribs completely in the BBQ sauce. Ribs are now ready to be devoured!
